I started running trails, just so I could climb mountains faster. I've been hooked ever since. I love integrating nutrition, and some woo-woo into my training and race routine. My approach is a bit different, but has yielded positive results on the course, and in life.
If I'm not out on the course racing, you'll probably see me out with my camera on the race course, the climbing crag, or up on a mountain.
